Basics

  • Oven Temperature: 350°
  • Bake Time: 35 - 40 minutes
  • 12 cup bundt pan

Preparation

  1. Mix:
    • 1 package yellow cake mix (18.25 ounces)
    • 1 12 oz bottle of root beer
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 3 large eggs
  2. Cool in pan on wire rack for 12 minutes
  3. Remove and cool
  4. Make glaze out of:
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 T rootbeer
  5. Pierce top of cake at 2 inch intervals with long wooden pick
  6. Pour glaze over cake
