Preparation
- Beat until light and fluffy:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- Gradually add:
- 2 1 lb boxes sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- Beat until blended
- Flavor with:
- 14 to 16 drops flavoring
- Add:
- 14 - 16 drops of coloring
- Can be divided into smaller amounts, using different flavors and colors
