Cream Cheese Mints

Preparation

  1. Beat until light and fluffy:
    • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  2. Gradually add:
    • 2 1 lb boxes sifted confectioners sugar
    • 1/4 t salt
  3. Beat until blended
  4. Flavor with:
    • 14 to 16 drops flavoring
  5. Add:
    • 14 - 16 drops of coloring
  6. Can be divided into smaller amounts, using different flavors and colors
