Basics
- Oven Temperature: 250°
- Bake Time: 10 - 12 minutes
Preparation
- Cream together:
- 1 stick butter / ----------
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 egg
- add
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup potato buds (Betty Crocker)
- Chill thoroughly
- Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet
Note: Place pan of baked cookies on wet dish towel. Remove immediately!
