Potato Bud Cookies

Basics

• Oven Temperature: 250°
• Bake Time: 10 - 12 minutes

Preparation

1. Cream together:
   • 1 stick butter / ----------
   • 1 cup sugar
   • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
   • 1 egg
2. add
   • 1 cup Bisquick
   • 1 cup potato buds (Betty Crocker)
3. Chill thoroughly
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet

 Note: Place pan of baked cookies on wet dish towel. Remove immediately!
