Neiman Marcus Cookies

Basics

• Oven Temperature: 375°
• Baking Time: 10 minutes
• Makes: 5 dozen

Preparation

1. Mix the following together:
   • 1 cup butter
   • 1 cup sugar
   • 1 cub brown sugar
   • 2 eggs
   • 1 t. vanilla
     
     
2. Combine:
   • 2 cups flour
   • 1/2 t. salt
   • 1 t. baking powder
   • 1 t. soda
   • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal (blended into a fine powder)

Assemble

• 12 oz chocolate chips
• 4 oz grated milk chocolate
• 1 1/2 nuts.

Roll in balls and bake
