Luna Paste

Luna Paste Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 1 t. salt
• 3 T sugar
• 3 T vinegar
• 1/2 lbs. cream cheese

Stir the above in the top of a double boiler until thickens.

• 1 pepper
• small amount of onion
• 1 small jar pimentos

Add the above to cheese mixture and cook an additional 2 - 3 minutes, stirring.
