Hot Preparation

  1. Cook until thick
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 T cornstarch
  2. cool in refrigerator

Icing Base

  1. Cream together:
    • 1/4 cup oleo
    • 6 T Crisco
    • 1 cup sugar

Assemble

  1. beat milk and cornstarch into butter and sugar until sugar dissolves
