Double Fudge

Basics

• Oven Temperature: 350°
• Bake Time: 45 minutes
• 13 x 9

Base

1. Mix 2 minutes on high:
   • 1 package choc mix
   • 3 eggs
   • 1/3 cup oil
   • 1 cup water

Filling

1. Blend until smooth and creamy:
   • 8 oz cream cheese
   • 2 T margarine
   • 1/4 cup sugar
   • 1 T cornstarch
   • 1 egg
   • 2 T milk
   • 1/2 t. Vanilla

Assembly

1. 1/2 batter in pan
2. cream cheese mix over top
3. other half cake batter
