Basics

  • Oven Temperature: 350°
  • Bake Time:
3 8" 2 9" 1 13 x 9"
30 - 35 minutes 35 - 40 minutes

Preparation

  1. Combine:
    • 1 3/4 cup flour
    • 2 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup coca
    • 1 1/2 t. baking powder
    • 1 1/2 t. soda
    • 1 t. salt
  2. Add:
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 t. vanilla
  3. Mix 2 minutes
  4. Stir in:
    • 1 cup boiling water
 Batter will be thin
