Basics
- Oven Temperature: 350°
- Bake Time: 15 minutes
- 9 inch square pan
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
Cut in shortening firmly pressing in square pan
Crux
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
- Mix-beat eggs, dry ingredients and lemon juice.
- Pour over crust in pan.
- Return to oven for 25 minutes.
- Ice with a mixture of:
- 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 t. cream
- 1/4 t. vanilla
- Cut in 2 x 1 bars.
